Shipping Carrier
We use United Parcel Service (UPS) as our shipping carrier.

Standard and Express Delivery
Standard delivery is UPS ground. Express delivery is Overnight, however we cannot guarantee that all orders will ship the same day they are placed (see below).

Delivery Time
Orders placed by 12:00 noon, Eastern Time, typically ship on the same day. Otherwise, they will ship the next business day. A map with projected ground delivery times is at the bottom of this page.

Was your order damaged in transit?
If your order appears visibly damaged upon delivery, simply reject it and contact us at our Customer Service page.

Returns
We want you to be satisfied. We accept all returns provided they are received by us within thirty days of the date your merchandise shipped to you. Please include your original packing slip with the return, and write on that slip why you are returning the item and what action should be taken.
